Human Rights, Labour Standards and Modern Slavery Commitment Statement

We seek to operate our business and manage our supply chain in a manner that supports internationally recognised human rights and fair labour practices.

Our approach is guided by the principles set out in the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and, where appropriate to the nature and scale of our business, is aligned with the principles of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the UN Global Compact.

In particular, we are committed to:

  • Respecting human rights and promoting ethical working practices across our operations and business relationships.

  • Supporting freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Prohibiting all forms of forced labour, compulsory labour, modern slavery and human trafficking, and taking reasonable steps to ensure these practices do not occur within our business or supply chain.

  • Prohibiting child labour and complying with all applicable minimum age requirements and employment legislation.

  • Providing equal opportunities and promoting a workplace free from discrimination, harassment and victimisation, where individuals are treated fairly and with respect regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.

  • Providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for employees, contractors and visitors, supported by appropriate health and safety policies, procedures and training.

  • Complying with all applicable employment, labour, health and safety, and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

We expect our employees, contractors and suppliers to uphold these standards and to act with integrity and professionalism in all business activities. We are committed to reviewing our practices periodically to support continuous improvement and responsible business conduct.

This statement reflects our ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards of human rights protection and labour practices throughout our business and supply chain.

Print and Promo On Demand supports the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking. We are committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure that these practices do not occur within our business or supply chain and expect our suppliers and business partners to uphold the same standards.
