-
Prohibiting all forms of forced labour, compulsory labour, modern slavery and human trafficking, and taking reasonable steps to ensure these practices do not occur within our business or supply chain.
-
Prohibiting child labour and complying with all applicable minimum age requirements and employment legislation.
-
Providing equal opportunities and promoting a workplace free from discrimination, harassment and victimisation, where individuals are treated fairly and with respect regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
-
Providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for employees, contractors and visitors, supported by appropriate health and safety policies, procedures and training.
